Mexican Geniuses is an immersive exhibition celebrating the lives and work of renowned Mexican artists Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera. I was responsible for animating a scene titled “Traditions and Folkloric Life of Mexico.”

Using a selection of their paintings, I researched and identified key characters and visual elements to feature. I then created cutouts in Photoshop and combined details from multiple artworks in After Effects, building an immersive animated environment that preserved the essence of the original pieces.

The exhibition has been presented internationally in cities including London and Washington, D.C.
